The service plattform

The elevator and the tube for the hub

These are teflon bearings for hanging the dish, heavy stuff about 15 cm in diameter.

The counter arms are pre-painted.

More sections and parts to be mounted on the crane rotor

Here is the detail of the bracket for the dish, the storage for the elevation and the bracket for the counterweight arms.

The detail on the left should now be mounted on the lift basket

This is where the "elevator" started

The round part is the entire suspension of the dish, the hub is threaded on the round part, the counterweight arms on the outer square parts and the storage for the elevation are the round inside the counterweight arms. Also powerful stuff.

The rotor with the first small piece of mast on.
Makes it easier to then mount several sections then everything fits

Seat for the dish with hinges etc now mounted on the elevator basket

A service platform has started here.
I then access everything that is mounted on the dish, the elevator, etc. for service or exchange.

Will need a little more railings etc. but feels very good for any service

The platform again

Looks pretty good, the mast and the dish.
Feels that it sits a little high when mounted, see if everything holds
